About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations
- Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
- Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding service
- Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
- Oversee inventory management and cost control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in driving sales and promoting the restaurant
Requirements
- Previous working experience in Dubai or the Middle East in a similar role
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a French or fine dining setting
- Exposed to Michelin Star restaurant is an advantage
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of French cuisine and wine pairing
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Fluent in at least two international languages
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks

What You Will Do
- Support the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations.
