Job Description
Support the organization and direction of a food and beverage team delivering high-quality products and prompt, accurate, personalized service.
Help achieve guest satisfaction and departmental profitability while maintaining teamwork and high team morale.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare employee schedules according to forecasts and staffing guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of all assigned outlet areas.
- Support promotions, beverage purchasing, and pricing activities.
- Maintain sanitary conditions according to health codes and hotel standards.
- Supervise daily outlet operations according to established standards.
- Identify training needs and propose training programs.
- Train subordinates to achieve high professionalism.
- Ensure correct equipment handling to minimize breakages and losses.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- A hospitality degree is ideally required.
- Previous food and beverage experience is expected.
- Further beverage training is preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and POS systems is required.
- Familiarity with Micros and previous international experience are desirable.
- Basic supervisory or management development training certifications are expected.

- Understanding of hotel operations.
- Effective communication and planning for business.
- Supervising people and operations.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and customer focus.
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
