- Build and maintain detailed timelines for each launch with key development milestones
- Lead project meetings and provide agendas and recaps
- Work closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure projects are on track
- Anticipate potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Manage forecasting process and place orders for components and finished goods
Requirements
- 4 5 years of experience in NPD project management within the beauty industry
- Solid grasp on product development & supply chain terminology
- Excellent communication skills and cross functional collaboration
- Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to multi task
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project Plan)
- Good knowledge of the entire supply chain processes

Summary
- We are looking for a talented New Product Development Assistant Manager to join our Supply Chain team.
- The NPD Assistant Manager will coordinate the product development processes from 'blue sky' to shipment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project management of new product development projects from concept generation to launch.
- Work in collaboration with key departments involved in product launches such as Supply Chain, Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Finance, Regional Markets, S&OP, Logistics.
- Help in building the Kayali 24 month launch calendar in conjunction with the brand leaders.
- Provide launch feasibility and scenarios using project management tools.
- Build detailed timelines for each launch and proactively track adherence.
- Lead project meetings and provide agendas and recaps.
- Consistently challenge and reduce development lead times.
- Work closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Anticipate potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Manage the forecasting process and place orders for launch.
- Check against KPIs to measure launch management effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4 5 years of experience ideally in NPD project management within the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills and cross functional collaboration.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to multi task.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project Plan).
