Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent), or due to qualify in 2026, with relevant experience gained within Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Audit, Corporate Finance or a similar advisory environment.
- Experience in Financial Due Diligence or transaction advisory is beneficial, although not essential.
- Strong audit candidates with an interest in moving into a deals environment are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, with the ability to interpret financial information and identify key insights.
- Commercially minded with an interest in M&A, private equity and advising businesses through transactions.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative and motivated to develop within a growing Transaction Services team.
- Experience from a Big 4, mid-tier firm or advisory practice would be advantageous, but is not essential.
