We are looking for individuals with
Experience in value creation or performance improvement with a leading consulting or advisory firm;
Demonstrable experience in operational due diligence combined with exposure to carve-outs, integrations, synergy assessments & value creation / operational improvement projects;
Understanding of M&A processes & the key operational issues that arise across pre-deal diligence, separation, integration & post-deal value creation;
Strong project management & organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders & deliverables;
Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce high-quality, client-ready analysis and presentation materials;
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, management teams, advisers & internal stakeholders.
