Conduct detailed research on industries, comparable companies and transactions to inform valuation processes;

Develop and maintain robust financial models and perform detailed analysis to support valuations;

Interpret financial statements and relevant financial data to construct meaningful conclusions and recommendations;

Effectively communicate valuation analysis and results to clients and internal teams;

Contribute to the analysis of comparable transactions and quoted companies;

Apply research and analysis to appraise business plans and assess risk & reward;

Attend site visits and meet management teams to better understand clients and business;

Prepare first draft valuations and present internally;

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations;

Collaborate with team members to develop new approaches and improvement strategies.
