We are looking for individuals with
Proven experience in diagnosing, and delivering performance improvement consulting projects, pre & post deal
A track record of delivering operational value creation, improvement or transformation mandates
Strong financial and operational analytical skills and the ability to conduct deep-dive analysis and build complex financial models and operational methodologies/ approaches
Excellent academic record including previous experience at a leading advisory firm, a Big 4 or a company undergoing significant deals transformation activities
Professional, with the ability to engage effectively with clients in high-pressure situations
Flexibility to travel when required for client engagements
