About the Role
Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager for Onboarding in Talent Acquisition to supervise the onboarding team, manage work permits and relocation, and ensure smooth new hire experiences.

- Maintain good relationships with agencies regarding work permits, pre employment, and relocation
- Responsible for all onboarding processes for selected candidates
- Work closely with inter departments on work visa and residence permit issues
- Work closely with Wynn Oasis team for smoother new joiner experience
- Maintain efficient filing system and keep filing up to date
- Update and prepare monthly reports for management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work
- Identify process improvements and contribute to system optimization
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding
- Knowledge of work permit and visa procedures
- Strong organizational and project management skills

Job Overview
- Supervise the team and ensure the smooth operation of all parties. Maintain good relationships with different agencies regarding work permits, pre employment, and relocation related procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all onboarding processes for selected candidates.
- Work closely with inter departments on work visa and residence permit related issues and keep the team updated.
- Work closely with the Wynn Oasis team to ensure smoother experience for new joiners.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and keep filing up to date.
- Update and prepare monthly reports for the management team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Onboarding Manager.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times on all matters.
- Interact with Company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively.
- Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective communication.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to system optimization initiatives.
