Assistant Manager - Marketing

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain filing and administrative systems for sponsorship and event organization.
• Build and maintain databases of potential sponsors.
• Negotiate sponsorship arrangements and meet potential sponsors and clients.
• Prepare sponsorship proposals, negotiation correspondence, and related communications.
• Coordinate sponsor branding with hotel departments and contract requirements.
• Maintain relationships with local, national, and international media.
• Host media, strategic partners, and top clients at property functions and events.
• Assist with promotional materials, supporting data, and collateral.
• Photograph internal, banquet, conference, and VIP functions.

Requirements

• Degree in advertising, marketing, or communications.
• Experience in a similar field is preferred.
• Computer literacy.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Arabic communication skills are preferred.
• Ability to work independently, promote the brand image, and maintain accurate client records.
• Understanding of hotel operations.
