About the Position

  • Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join the resort's Butler Services team.

Leadership & Operations Management

  • Lead and support the Butler team to deliver Wynn and Forbes level service.
  • Oversee daily Butler Services operations and ensure all suites and Gaming Salons are guest ready.
  • Maintain organization, maintenance, and readiness of all service areas and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate fulfilment of special requests and personalized guest preferences.
  • Review guest accounts for accuracy and uphold all company policies and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Guest Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Welcome and farewell VIP guests, including airport or ferry meet and greet when required.
  • Manage reservations, transportation, and personalized arrangements.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve concerns discreetly, and strengthen guest loyalty.
  • Communicate guest insights to management to enhance service and operations.

Team Development & Supervision

  • Lead, coach, and develop Doorpersons, Butlers, and Butler Services team members.
  • Support recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and maintain a high performance, respectful team culture.
  • Ensure all team members uphold grooming, etiquette, and service standards.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest requests.
  • Participate in meetings and share operational updates with the team.
  • Promote teamwork, cultural respect, and professional communication.

Health, Safety & Sustainability

  • Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
  • Support recycling and sustainability initiatives across Butler Services.

About You

  • Minimum 7 years of luxury hospitality or guest service management experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of butler service experience within a large integrated resort or Forbes Five Star property.
  • Formal butler training or certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, training, and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional grooming, attention to detail, and professional etiquette.
  • Multilingual abilities, with fluency in at least two languages.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
