Responsibilities
- Support MPC planning, budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and periodic review against actuals for in house and outsource populations
- Maintain data integrity and drive adoption of the SAC system, providing guidance, training, and resolving issues for HRBPs and Finance partners
- Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and self service reporting solutions across the employee lifecycle
- Promote dashboard adoption among HR and business stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and effectiveness
- Automate recurring HR reporting and operational processes using platforms like Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio
- Implement AI enabled agents to enhance efficiency and encourage user adoption of automated solutions
- Deliver clear and creative presentations of data findings, assumptions, and suggestions
- Manage monthly Total Rewards (TR) case cycles and support incentive and compensation analytics
- Perform detailed data analysis to address complex business problems and recommend solutions
- Act as a trusted analytics partner to HRBPs and business leaders, providing timely ad hoc analyses and insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Analytics Specialist in a high performing business environment
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Strong data analysis and BI tool expertise (Power BI or Tableau)
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and workforce analytics
- Experience in automating processes using tools like Power Automate and AI enabled solutions
- Excellent analytical thinking and data storytelling abilities

Overview Of The Role
- The Assistant Manager HR Analytics plays a crucial role in supporting HR analytics, reporting, and automation for the Real Estate HR function.
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Department Heads to enhance manpower cost planning, reporting, and data driven decision making.
- Builds and maintains HR reporting systems, designs dashboards, and automates HR processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
