Role Overview
Crowne Plaza Hotel is seeking an Assistant Learning & Quality Manager to lead learning initiatives and maintain consistent quality standards across the hotel.
The role focuses on people development, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of training programs to support colleague development.
- Monitor service standards and conduct regular quality checks across the hotel.
- Coach and support department leaders to improve service quality and performance.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and ongoing learning activities for colleagues.
- Review guest feedback and quality results to identify improvement areas.
- Prepare and review learning and quality reports to monitor performance.
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in Learning & Development, Quality, Human Resources, or a similar role.
- Hotel experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Passion for learning, coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
