Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is recruiting a full-time Bell Service Assistant.
The role provides professional, customer-focused service to hotel guests from arrival through departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive guests professionally and exceed guest expectations throughout their stay.
- Communicate with related departments to support smooth service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of the hotel and local services.
- Use the Opera Guest Profile system to stay aware of guest profiles.
- Carry luggage between arrival points, guest rooms, and departure points.
- Handle and promptly deliver guest and colleague messages, mail, and packages.
- Deliver morning newspapers to rooms.
- Keep the concierge desk and storeroom clean, tidy, and organized.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of two years of similar experience in a four- or five-star hotel or comparable industry is preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate communication with teams from different cultures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Quality orientation, attention to detail, high performance standards, multitasking, and deadline management are expected.
- Technical proficiency in related software and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
