Role Purpose
Lead the day-to-day leadership and direction of the hotel.
Maximize sales and revenue, drive financial returns, develop people, execute brand standards, and build local hotel and brand awareness.
Own pre-opening readiness and successful market entry in Saudi Arabia.
People Leadership
- Develop team engagement programmes aligned with the hotel’s service philosophy.
- Implement and monitor succession planning to build future team capability.
- Set performance and development goals and provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback.
- Oversee HR-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies.
Guest Experience
- Maintain compliance with required brand and service standards.
- Drive improvement in guest satisfaction goals.
- Establish and implement services and programmes that meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Speak with guests, gather feedback, and build relationships.
Financial Management
- Prepare annual capital, cash flow, and sales and marketing plans to forecast budgets.
- Analyze financials to drive revenue, future profitability, and maximum return on investment.
- Use distribution channels and technology platforms to maximize revenue and market share.
- Lead capital plans and asset management initiatives with hotel owners.
Responsible Business
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
- Represent the hotel and brand in public relations activities within the local community.
- Encourage team involvement in community organizations, activities, and businesses.
- Develop action plans to reduce the hotel’s carbon footprint.
- Perform other assigned duties and serve as manager on duty when required.
Key Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Seven to ten years of hotel management experience in the Saudi Arabia market.
- Proven pre-opening and launch experience.
- Madinah market experience is preferred.
- Fluent English is required, while Arabic is preferred.
