Job Description

  • As an Assistant Human Resources Manager, you support daily operations of the hotel's HR function.
  • You spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations: recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, team member relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
  • Enhance team member engagement: coordinate recognition programs, special events, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage HR systems and reporting: oversee data entry, track transitions, maintain records, and generate reports.
  • Inspire and develop the team: supervise, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment.
