Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Hotel Manager.
The role supports the Hotel Manager with smooth and efficient property operations and helps departments work cohesively toward guest satisfaction and business targets.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily hotel operations and lead front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Assist with rostering, recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Maintain property presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Oversee cost control, productivity, revenue opportunities, and overall financial performance.
- Support compliance with WHS, security, and company policies.
- Contribute to improvements in guest experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team development.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
