Role Description

  • This is a part time hybrid role located in Riyadh, with the flexibility to work partially from home.
  • The Assistant Head of Sales will support the Head of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, analyzing market trends, and supervising the sales team.
  • Responsibilities include aligning sales goals with business objectives, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets through efficient team collaboration and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and account management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in sales management and team management, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
  • Analytical skills for evaluating market trends, sales data, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or a related service oriented industry is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to dynamic challenges.
