Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of Spa, Fitness Center, Pool, and Wellness facilities
- Ensure guest areas are maintained to highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality
- Monitor daily schedules, therapist allocations, fitness classes, and facility utilization
- Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms, gym equipment, pool facilities, changing rooms, and wellness areas
- Welcome guests and members with professionalism and personalized service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Supervise fitness instructors, pool attendants, and wellness staff
- Support achievement of departmental revenue and profitability targets
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct monthly inventory counts
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and inspire a team
- Proficiency in Opera PMS
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field highly regarded

Job Description
- As an Assistant Gym Manager, you’re not just helping oversee daily spa operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the Spa, Fitness Center, Pool, and Wellness facilities.
- Ensure all guest areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
- Monitor daily schedules, therapist allocations, fitness classes, and facility utilization.
- Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms, gym equipment, pool facilities, changing rooms, and wellness areas.
- Ensure all operating procedures and luxury service standards are consistently followed.
- Support implementation of wellness programs, fitness activities, and special events.
- Welcome guests and members with professionalism and personalized service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective members and hotel guests.
- Ensure all guests receive accurate information regarding treatments, memberships, fitness programs, and wellness services.
- Drive guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits through exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee fitness instructors, pool attendants, and wellness staff.
