Role Overview
The Assistant General Manager will join SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers.

The role requires a hands-on hospitality leader with strong operational and commercial expertise in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with overall daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the front-of-house team.
- Maintain a strong floor presence and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Drive operational excellence and uphold brand and service standards.
- Support revenue, profitability, and operational targets.
- Monitor labor costs, productivity, expenses, and other controllable costs.
