Main Duties
- Partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily operations with a focus on consistency.
- Ensure smooth flow between kitchen, bar, and floor to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Lead by example with a calm, hands-on presence and strong attention to detail.
- Foster a culture of clarity, collaboration, and continuous growth within the team.
- Maintain Zuma’s high standards through thoughtful planning and daily execution.
What We Look For
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine love for culinary experiences and a passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager in a luxury high-volume restaurant or similar.
- A natural sense of pace, presence, and precision in a fast-paced environment.
- Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences.
