Position Overview
Meraki Group is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager who leads accounting operations, manages a small team, and handles internal controls.
Leadership and Corporate Reporting
- Direct and guide a team of three accountants.
- Report financial updates directly to corporate headquarters.
Financial Operations and Planning
- Prepare Management Information Systems reports to track business performance.
- Plan cash flow and manage daily funding needs.
- Track receivables and follow up for timely payments.
Controls and Business Support
- Handle internal and external audits.
- Perform internal checks on stores and stock.
- Support production and commercial departments with daily financial needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a team of three to four people.
- Five to six years of relevant experience.
- Currently holding the title of Assistant Manager or an equivalent title.
Preferred Qualification
- ACCA, CA, or CA Inter qualification is preferred.
