Role Overview
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors in the real estate sector.
Support clients throughout the sales process and help identify suitable property and investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and timely assistance throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
- Assist with property information, documentation, and transaction-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and client relationship targets.
- Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and Dubai real estate developments.
Requirements
- Minimum six months of experience with a UAE real estate developer.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- English plus at least one additional language: Chinese/Mandarin, Kurdish, Italian, Malayalam, or Arabic.
- Strong client relationship, communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Real estate sales or client management experience is preferred.
