Role Overview
The Junior CRM Analyst will maintain and administer CRM software and manage customer data in collaboration with the Senior Manager - Strategy and Analytics.
The role supports campaign selections, customer and product analysis, reporting, and CRM-based sales and customer communications.
CRM and Data Operations
- Configure the CRM according to stakeholder requirements.
- Create customer segmentation lists for email, direct mail, campaigns, reports, and analysis.
- Maintain database health, including customer data cleansing.
- Support the business in understanding customer behavior.
Campaigns and Collaboration
- Assist with marketing and sales analysis and business report preparation.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to configure and track sales processes and customer communications in the CRM.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Lead to execute email marketing campaigns.
- Work with Sales Managers to rotate prospects among Property Consultants.
- Assist with organizing, planning, and producing ad-hoc customer communications.
Additional Support
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide team support.
- Manage the day-to-day CRM activity and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
- Be quantitatively oriented with basic knowledge of statistics and analytics.
- Have good planning and organizational skills and the ability to manage an independent workload.
- Be very proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Tables.
- Be very proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- A degree in Business, Statistics, or Computer Science Engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI or Tableau is advantageous, with willingness to learn quickly if absent.
