Lead accounting operations, manage a small accounting team, and handle internal controls.
The role requires experience in construction and real estate finance.
Leadership and corporate reporting
- Direct and guide a team of three accountants.
- Report financial updates directly to corporate headquarters.
Financial operations and planning
- Prepare Management Information Systems reports to track business performance.
- Plan cash flow and manage daily funding needs.
- Track receivables and follow up for timely payments.
Controls and business support
- Handle internal and external audits.
- Perform internal checks on stores and stock.
- Support production and commercial departments with daily financial needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a team of 3-4 accountants.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience.
- ACCA, CA, or CA Inter qualification is preferred.
- Currently holding the title of Assistant Manager or an equivalent position.
