Role Overview
Maintain and administer the CRM software while protecting the integrity of customer data.
Support campaign targeting, customer and product analysis, and reporting across marketing and sales activities.
The role offers development opportunities for a candidate interested in data and the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Configure the CRM according to relevant stakeholder requirements.
- Create customer segmentation lists for campaigns, reports, and analysis.
- Provide selections for email, direct mail, SMS, and cold-calling campaigns.
- Maintain database health, including customer data cleansing.
- Support analysis of customer behavior and prepare business reports.
- Set up and track sales processes and customer communications in the CRM.
- Execute email marketing campaigns with the Digital Marketing Lead.
- Rotate prospects among Property Consultants with Sales Managers.
- Prepare ad hoc customer communications and complete general administrative support.
Requirements
- Be a team player with good planning and organizational skills.
- Be able to manage an independent workload.
- Have a quantitative orientation and basic knowledge of statistics and analytics.
- Be very proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A degree in Business, Statistics, or Computer Science Engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI or Tableau is advantageous, with willingness to learn quickly if needed.
