Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Monitor project costs, revenues, and profitability using Oracle Fusion Financials and Projects modules.
- Support month end and year end closing processes in compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and proper documentation.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision making.
- Support cash flow management, including receivables, payables, and treasury coordination.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to track budgets versus actual performance.
- Assist with audits (internal and external) and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Support implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion finance processes.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA preferred
- Oracle Fusion Financials (3+ years hands on experience)
- Minimum 3+ years of continuous experience with the current employer
- Construction industry experience is mandatory
- Written and spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred

Job Summary
- The Assistant Finance Manager supports financial planning, reporting, and control functions across construction projects and corporate operations.
- The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with policies, and effective utilization of Oracle Fusion ERP for financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- The position works closely with project teams to monitor financial performance and support decision making.
