Role Overview
Oversee administrative and operational coordination of construction projects to maintain smooth workflow, timely execution, and accurate project documentation.
Project Coordination and Control
- Prepare cost tables, budget summaries, material quantity calculations, and project estimates.
- Supervise project personnel and coordinate daily activities between construction sites and office operations.
- Monitor material stocks, equipment availability, and resource requirements according to project schedules.
- Prepare progress reports covering costs, material usage, resource allocation, completed work, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal departments to resolve routine project matters.
- Identify potential project delays, material requirements, or technical issues and communicate them to relevant personnel.
Technical Documentation and Calculations
- Develop, review, update, and organize topographic surveys, architectural drawings, structural plans, and related technical documents.
- Carry out structural calculations for steel and concrete elements in compliance with project specifications, technical requirements, and engineering standards.
- Maintain complete and organized project records, technical drawings, calculations, plans, and other documentation.
