About the Role
Four Seasons seeks an Assistant Director of Technology Innovation & Data to lead IT operations at the Dubai resort. The role ensures 24/7 availability of critical systems, manages infrastructure, and supports guest technology needs.

Responsibilities
- Ensure critical systems (Front Office PMS, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX, F&B POS) are available 24/7
- Establish and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems
- Provide administration services including contribution to technology capital and operating budgets
- Provide Systems Administration including user/group accounts, user configuration, troubleshooting access problems
- Assist in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, OS upgrades and troubleshooting
- Ensure effective support for back office, sales and catering, HR applications and other property systems
- Provide system support services including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting, restoration, virus protection
- Maintain and promote Four Seasons core technology standards
- Assist in coordination of new acquisitions and major projects
- Participate in property level and corporate initiated technology implementations
- Provide direct guest support and quality support to function rooms and conference services
- Assist in systems backup and recovery procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in IT industry
- At least 2 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and point of sale (POS) systems
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of Arabic language is essential

What you will bring
