Role purpose
The role owns the commercial and operational performance of PSI's digital marketing ecosystem.
The scope includes digital acquisition, marketing technology, AI initiatives, digital platforms, search visibility, automation, and technology-driven marketing projects.
The role connects marketing activity to revenue, profitability, customer value, and operational efficiency.
Commercial ownership
- Own and manage the digital marketing P&L.
- Manage budgets based on revenue, acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion, and profitability.
- Use CAC and LTV as core measures of acquisition economics.
- Monitor LTV:CAC, payback period, revenue contribution, channel profitability, budget utilization, and acquisition scalability.
- Evaluate customer conversion, revenue per acquired customer, qualified-opportunity cost, transaction cost, ROAS, retention, and gross-margin contribution.
Digital marketing management
- Lead the planning, execution, governance, and optimization of digital marketing activities.
- Manage acquisition across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, portals, websites, landing pages, and other digital channels.
