What you'll do
- Developing the overall category roadmap & vision.
- Achieving the revenue, P&L, CR targets for the category.
- Expanding assortment, inventory planning, and driving price leadership.
- Ensuring best-in-class customer experience.
- Developing relationships with sellers/brands.
- Attending to seller feedback, challenges, and needs.
- Driving cross-functional actions and delivering results.
- Staying up-to-date with regional competitors and global business trends.
- Leading and developing talent.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a similar field.
- 4-6 years of successful sales business development experience, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace, or offline retail with P&L management.
- Strong data analysis skills with querying languages: SQL, R, Python, etc.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing a team.
