Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in management courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Develop course materials, syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with program outcomes.
• Supervise student projects, internships, and theses where applicable.
• Use innovative teaching methods and technologies to improve engagement and learning.
• Conduct original research in management, business strategy, organizational behavior, or related fields.
• Publish research findings and present at conferences.
• Participate in university committees, program development, accreditation, and curriculum review.
• Engage in community outreach and professional service.
• Stay current with management and higher education developments.
• Participate in professional training, workshops, and conferences.
• Assist with academic administration tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least two years of teaching experience at recognized higher education institutions.
• Proven teaching excellence and curriculum development experience in management or related fields.
