Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports translating complex datasets into actionable insights
- Build and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query ensuring performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and business opportunities
- Prepare, transform, and validate data using SQL and Databricks (Spark SQL / PySpark)
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to define metrics, semantic models, and data structures
- Act as trusted analytics partner to stakeholders across functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, eCommerce, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into scalable analytical and reporting solutions
- Present insights, recommendations, and dashboards to senior stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data related roles
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling, Power BI Service)
- Experience working with Databricks and large scale data processing
- Solid understanding of Azure data architecture (ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL)
- Proven ability to create executive level dashboards and reports
- Strong communication skills with ability to connect data insights to business outcomes

- We are seeking an experienced Assistant Analytics Manager to deliver high quality Power BI reporting and analytical solutions.
- This role serves as a critical interface between business stakeholders and analytics delivery.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL expertise, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
- Apply best practices in data visualization, UX design, and KPI standardization.
- Manage the full Power BI report lifecycle.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends and insights.
- Prepare, transform, and validate data using SQL and Databricks.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reconciliation across multiple sources.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to define metrics and data structures.
- Work extensively with Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Power BI Service.
- Utilize the broader Microsoft stack including Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Excel.
- Support data governance, security, and access management within Azure and Power BI environments.
- Act as a trusted analytics partner to stakeholders across functions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data related roles.
