Job Description
- Aldar Education is currently seeking an outstanding Art Technician for Mamoura British Academy in Abu Dhabi commencing August 2026.
- Mamoura British Academy is a British curriculum, mixed gender school located in a state of the art building in the heart of Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, preparation, and cleaning of laboratory equipment
- Organisation and maintenance of efficient storage systems for equipment and materials
- Prepare and provide equipment for lessons.
- Preparation of laboratory solutions
- Stock control including preparing lists of replacements as required.
- Assist with completing and collating of the annual order for the Science Department.
- Assist with Reprographic work as required.
- To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be determined by the Head of Science / Senior Science Technician.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- An 'A' Level in Science would be an advantage.
- Appreciation of the importance of high standards
- Experience in similar role
- Experience with working in an educational setup.
- Excellent literacy and communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Overall, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, solution focused professional who has a flexible approach to work, one who is willing to take initiative, work as part of a team in an high achieving organisation and hit the ground running
