We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven hospitality professional to oversee multi-unit F&B operations and lead teams towards operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple outlet operations
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Lead and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure operational consistency and SOP compliance
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and business performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-outlet hospitality/F&B operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercially driven with strong operational knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
