- Oversee the day to day operations of multiple coffee shops, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to company standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Store Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, teamwork, and exceptional customer service
- Drive sales and profitability by analysing financial reports, managing budgets, and implementing effective strategies to control costs and maximise revenue
- Uphold the highest standards of coffee quality, beverage preparation, and presentation across all locations
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience is consistently delivered, addressing customer feedback and seeking opportunities for improvement
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and minimise waste
- Guarantee that all stores comply with local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and support store teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in a multi site management role, such as an Area Manager or Cluster Manager, preferably within the specialty coffee or premium hospitality sector
- A genuine passion for and deep knowledge of specialty coffee, including brewing methods, bean origins, and quality standards
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent commercial acumen, with demonstrable experience in managing P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators
- Exceptional organisational, problem solving, and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
- A valid driving licence and the willingness to travel frequently within the Riyadh area
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous
