Responsibilities
- Lead and support the operations of multiple Popeyes restaurants within the assigned area
- Drive operational excellence in guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service
- Hire, train, and develop Restaurant Managers and ensure effective staffing at each location
- Monitor and manage store performance metrics: sales, labor, food cost, and controllable
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to ensure adherence to Popeyes brand standards and operational procedures
- Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with corporate to execute promotions, marketing strategies, and new initiatives
- Analyze business reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and growth across all teams
- Ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention through strong leadership and communication
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of multi unit management experience, preferably with other QSR brands
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire diverse teams in a fast paced environment
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L statements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Availability to travel regularly between stores within the region
- Proficiency in back office systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description
- Popeyes, UAE is seeking a results driven and people focused Area Manager to oversee the performance of multiple restaurant locations.
- The Area Manager will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, ensuring brand standards are met, and driving business growth through leadership, strategic planning, and team development.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong QSR multi unit experience and a passion for building high performing teams.
