Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all Knot Bakehouse outlets and ensure smooth business performance
- Monitor and drive sales, profitability, and overall outlet performance
- Ensure all outlets consistently maintain company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation
- Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and team members to achieve operational goals
- Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, and manpower planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor regulations, food safety, and health & safety standards
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, wastage, and cost control measures
- Work closely with management to implement operational improvements and business strategies
- Prepare and submit operational reports, performance updates, and action plans to senior management
- Support the opening of new outlets and oversee the implementation of company initiatives across all locations
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a multi unit management role within the F&B, café, bakery, or restaurant industry
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent operational and commercial acumen
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Overview
- Knot Bakehouse is looking for an experienced and results driven Area Manager to oversee the day to day operations of multiple outlets across Dubai.

Compensation
- Pay: AED8,000.00 AED10,000.00 per month
