Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, answer customer inquiries, and provide product recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food, beverages, and bakery products efficiently according to company standards
- Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately
- Prepare bills, issue receipts, and ensure all sales transactions are properly recorded
- Maintain an accurate cash float and follow cashiering procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, counters, and displays
- Replenish stocks and report low inventory levels to management
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparation of the outlet
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Server, Cashier, or similar hospitality role
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good English communication skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- UAE F&B Industry: 2 years (Required)

Job Overview
- Knot Bakehouse is seeking a reliable, customer oriented, and energetic Waiter/Waitress to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, processing customer payments, and supporting the daily operations of the bakery.
Job Responsibilities

Compensation
- Pay: AED2,500.00 AED3,000.00 per month
