- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to company standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment efficiently
- Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times
- Assist in handling customer orders, cashiering, and daily café operations when required
- Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and specialty coffee trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista within specialty coffee concepts
- Strong knowledge of espresso based beverages, brewing methods, latte art, and coffee extraction
- Experience handling specialty coffee equipment and grinders
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- UAE experience is preferred
- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be highly preferred

Overview
- Knot Bakehouse is looking for passionate and experienced Baristas to join our growing team in Al Ain.
- We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in specialty coffee, passionate about coffee culture, quality service, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to company standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment efficiently

Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,500.00 AED 4,500.00 per month
