About the Role
AKS Prime Group is hiring an experienced Architectural Drafter with 8-10 years of experience for a full-time role in the UAE. The role involves preparing detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring drawing accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop shop drawings, as built drawings, and construction documentation based on project requirements
- Review and revise drawings as per project specifications and client requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams to resolve drafting related issues
- Interpret architectural, engineering, and construction drawings and convert them into detailed CAD drawings
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project requirements, and applicable regulations
- Maintain and update drawing records and revision logs
- Conduct quality checks to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness
- Support project teams with drawing modifications and documentation requirements
- Ensure all drafting work is completed within project deadlines
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience as Architectural Drafter or similar AutoCAD drafting role
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of technical drafting standards and construction drawings
- Ability to prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as built drawings
- Experience working with architectural, interior fit out, engineering, or construction projects
- Fluent communication skills in Tagalog and English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field.
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of local construction standards and regulations is an advantage.
- Experience in interior fit out, construction, or architectural projects is preferred.
