Production Duties
- Prepare Arabic fatayer and filled pastry products according to standardized recipes.
- Prepare and handle dough, fillings, toppings, and other ingredients.
- Produce cheese, zaatar, spinach, meat, and other Arabic pastry varieties.
- Shape, fill, portion, and bake products to required standards.
- Maintain consistency in product size, weight, taste, texture, and appearance.
- Follow daily production plans and meet required production targets.
Materials and Quality
- Handle, store, and utilize raw materials properly.
- Minimize production wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Report quality, equipment, and raw material issues to the supervisor.
Food Safety and Workstation Standards
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Follow HACCP and company food safety procedures.
- Ensure equipment and workstations are clean and properly maintained.
Coordination
- Coordinate with the Kitchen Supervisor and Executive Chef regarding daily production requirements.
- Support other bakery and production activities when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2–5 years of experience as an Arabic Fatayer Maker or Arabic bakery and pastry specialist.
