Responsibilities
- Implement and deploy applications software, providing staff support and training
- Act as level 2 support for assigned applications, resolving bugs and errors within SLAs
- Analyze end user requirements and design solutions to improve processes and efficiency
- Support implementation of new software applications or major updates
- Collaborate with vendors for specialized applications support
- Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure patient privacy and data protection compliance
- Stay updated on technological advancements in IT and pharmacy sectors
- Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
Requirements
- BSc in IT (preferably MIS Systems Design) or related field
- 3+ years in an IT applications function, preferably in retail or related industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or .NET
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI
- Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Languages: English and Arabic

Job Summary

Accountabilities
- Support in developing new applications or customizing existing ones for the retail industry.
- Act as level 2 support for assigned applications with end users.
- Analyze specific requirements of end users and support in designing solutions.
- Support in the implementation of new software applications or major updates.
- Collaborate with vendors that provide specialized applications support.
- Continuously monitor the performance of applications.
- Ensure patient privacy is maintained in all applications.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in both IT and pharmacy sectors.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.

- Working Days: 5 Working Days
- Days off: 2 Days Off
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc in IT (preferably in MIS Systems Design) or related field.

- Computer Skills: Proficiency in specific store applications and general retail systems.
- Proficiency in languages such as SQL, Java, Python, or .NET

- Knowledge of various phases of SDLC
- Familiarity with common ERP and CRM platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI
- Understanding of various operating systems like Windows, Linux
