- Support in developing new applications or customizing existing ones for the retail industry
- Act as level 2 support for assigned applications, resolving bugs or errors within SLAs
- Analyze end user requirements and support in designing solutions
- Support implementation of new software applications or major updates
- Collaborate with vendors providing specialized applications support
- Monitor performance of applications and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure patient privacy and data protection in all applications
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in IT and pharmacy sectors
Requirements
- BSc in IT (preferably in MIS Systems Design) or related field
- 3+ years in an IT applications function with preference for retail or related industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or .NET
- Skills in database technologies like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
- Knowledge of various phases of SDLC
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI
- Understanding of operating systems like Windows, Linux
- Fluency in English and Arabic
