The Role
Support industrial customers in selecting and configuring process equipment for liquid, semi-solid, and high-viscosity formulations.
This is a technical application role rather than a conventional sales position.
Work Arrangement
- The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Understand batch sizes, viscosity ranges, and production requirements.
- Support equipment selection and preliminary configuration.
- Work with mixing, agitation, and homogenization technologies.
- Evaluate requirements for vacuum processing and deaeration.
- Support scale-up from laboratory or pilot production to industrial batches.
- Prepare technical application summaries.
- Support customer trials and equipment demonstrations.
- Coordinate technical discussions with equipment manufacturers.
- Support Commercial teams during technically complex opportunities.
- Analyse problems involving mixing efficiency, dispersion, and emulsification.
- Assist customers during development of new production processes.
