Role Summary
Provide end-to-end functional and technical support for omni-channel banking applications.
Support branch banking web applications, mobile banking, retail internet banking, and corporate internet banking platforms.
Ensure stable and reliable application operations through BAU support, monitoring, troubleshooting, releases, and cross-functional coordination.
Application and BAU Support
- Handle BAU support emails, user queries, service requests, and incidents.
- Analyze, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Maintain timely ticket updates and adhere to SLAs and compliance requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to development, infrastructure, or relevant technical teams.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Monitor application error logs, health logs, performance metrics, and dashboards.
- Use AppDynamics or similar APM tools for application monitoring.
- Identify anomalies, recurring incidents, and potential risks.
- Perform preliminary root cause analysis and document findings.
