- Provide technical and functional support for Oracle and Microsoft based enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SQL/PLSQL scripts, reports, and workflows
- Support and customize Oracle Framework (OAF), Oracle Workflow, and AME solutions
- Design and develop applications using Oracle APEX
- Manage integrations through REST APIs and ensure smooth data flow
- Collaborate with business teams to translate process requirements into technical solutions
- Perform regular system health checks, updates, and performance tuning
- Support Oracle ERP modules including P2P, O2C, EAM, and HRMS
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of hands on experience in application support and development
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Job Description
- Seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle and Microsoft technology suites

- Ensure high system availability and performance
Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills Required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of hands on experience in application support and development
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
