About the Role
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal & Pre-Sales Specialist to support the end-to-end development of technical proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and tender submis.

Responsibilities
- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tender documents to identify technical and compliance requirements
- Prepare and review technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), compliance matrices, and solution documentation
- Coordinate with cybersecurity SMEs, solution architects, delivery teams, and vendors to gather technical inputs
- Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and reusable response repositories
- Ensure proposal quality, accuracy, compliance, and on time submission
- Support solution scoping, BOQ preparation, and technical presentations when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
- 5 8 years of experience in cybersecurity pre sales, proposal writing, bid management, technical consulting, or security operations/GRC roles
- Strong experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Good understanding of cybersecurity domains such as SOC, SIEM, IAM/PAM, GRC, DLP, EDR, and Network Security
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills in English
- Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or NCA/NIA cybersecurity standards is preferred

Job Summary

- Focus on analyzing customer requirements, preparing compliant technical documentation, and coordinating with internal SMEs and technology partners.
