- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into customers
- Maintain consistent follow ups to close deals
- Record all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of telesales / telemarketing / inside sales experience
- Strong proven sales track record in outbound calling environments
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Experience using CRM systems and call center tools
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target driven environment

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain consistent follow ups to close deals.

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of telesales / telemarketing / inside sales experience.
- Strong proven sales track record in outbound calling environments.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target driven environment.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and call center tools.
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in high volume call center environments.
- Background in UAE sales market (telecom, real estate, insurance, education, or services preferred).
- Experience working on commission based incentive structures.
