About the Role
Airbus Atlantique seeks a Quality Analyst to analyze non-conformities in the plant, support quality reviews, and drive corrective actions. The role involves organizing production line inspections, managing non-quality convergence plans, and supporting customer complaint analysis.

Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of quality reviews with operations
- Organize inspections of A220 and G7500 production lines and develop/update control plans
- Monitor progress of corrective actions on non conforming products via non quality convergence plans
- Ensure visibility of ongoing actions (PowerPoint presentations)
- Ensure good communication with the client for exported non quality management
- Analyze and process customer complaints regarding assembly anomalies identified at customer site
- Investigate accountability of raised anomalies
- Support Airbus/Bombardier customer during technical analysis related to non quality or improvement activities
- Lead convergence plans for customer returns, derogations, DL, etc.
- Participate in implementation of quality approaches like Quality Box, line side workshops, AQP/AQL
- Respect quality management system processes
- Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve objectives
Requirements
- DEC technique or relevant experience in aeronautical quality
- 5 years of relevant technical experience
- Familiar with quality problem solving methods
- Familiar with manufacturing methods for aeronautical structure assembly
- Knowledge of assembly methods used in aeronautical sector
- Bilingual French/English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an asset
- Familiar with EN/AS9100 standard
- Strong problem solving skills (5Why, PPSMax, 8D)

Responsibilities
