Job Description

  • Airbus Atlantique, new global champion, #2 in aerostructures, #1 in pilot seats, and Top 3 in premium passenger seats.
  • Our Mirabel site is looking for a Quality Analyst for operations.

Position Summary

  • The Quality Analyst ensures analysis of non conformities in the plant (human, technical, supplier) to provide clear visibility and enable targeted actions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation of quality reviews with operations.
  • Organize inspections of A220 and G7500 production lines with robust control plans and exchange with operations quality teams.
  • Monitor corrective actions on non conforming products via convergence plans.
  • Ensure visibility of ongoing actions (PowerPoint presentations).
  • Ensure good communication with the client for exported non quality management.
  • Analyze and process customer complaints regarding assembly anomalies identified by the client on site.
  • Investigate accountability for raised anomalies.
  • Support the client (Airbus/Bombardier) in technical analysis related to non quality or improvement activities.
  • Lead convergence plans for customer returns, deviations, etc.
  • Participate in implementing quality initiatives like Quality Box, line side workshops, AQP/AQL.
  • Comply with quality management system processes.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve objectives.

Required Profile

  • DEC technique or relevant experience in aerospace quality.
  • 5 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Familiarity with quality problem solving methods.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing methods for aerospace structural assembly.
  • Knowledge of assembly methods used in aerospace.
  • Bilingual French/English.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an asset.
  • Familiarity with EN/AS9100 standard.
  • Strong problem solving ability (5Why, PPSMax, 8D).
